Sharing Domain Access via Network Solutions

Purpose
To provide CannaPlanners with secure domain access through a client’s Network Solutions account, so our team can update DNS records as needed.

Access Information for CannaPlanners

• Account Name: CannaPlanners

• Email to Add: dev@cannaplanners.com

Step 1: Log into Your Network Solutions Account

1. Go to https://www.networksolutions.com/.

2. Click Log In in the upper right corner.

3. Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign In.

Step 2: Access Account Manager

1. Once logged in, click on your user profile in the top right hand corner.

2. Select Accounts & Users.

Step 3: Add CannaPlanners as a User

1. Select the account you want to delegate access to and press the Manage button:

2. Navigate down the page to the User Roles & Permissions section and press the + Add User button.
This will open a new user modal window where you will need to add:

• Name: CannaPlanners
• Email: dev@cannaplanners.com

Step 4: Save & Confirm

1. Click Save or Invite User.

2. Network Solutions will send an invitation email to dev@cannaplanners.com.

3. The CannaPlanners team will accept the invitation and gain access to manage DNS records.

Step 5: Notify CannaPlanners

Once complete, please email your CannaPlanners project manager (or support contact) to confirm that access has been granted.
