Creating and Managing Forms with Gravity Forms on WordPress

This video outlines the steps to access, create, edit, and manage forms using the Gravity Forms plugin on a WordPress website.

  • Log in to your WordPress website.

  • Click on the Forms tool in the left-hand sidebar to open the Gravity Forms plugin.

  • Click on Use Template to select a simple contact form template.

  • Enter a name for your form and click Use Template to open the Form Editor.

  • Click and drag the desired field (e.g., Phone Number) into your form.
