How to setup your AIQ signup form on your CannaPlanners website

Overview: This document will walk you through how to add an AIQ email signup form to your website. Please reference the AIQ doc HERE for further instruction. 


Step 1: Locate the Signup Form in AIQ

  1. Log in to your AIQ Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Customers > Signup Forms.

  3. Hover over the signup form you'd like to embed.

  4. On the far right, click the More (...) menu, then select Share Form.

?Tip: You can also access this menu from within the form’s details page.



Step 2: Get the Embed Code

  1. In the Share Form slide-out, locate the Signup Form Embed Code Snippet.

  2. Select the appropriate store (if applicable) from the dropdown menu.

  3. Copy the <iframe> code provided.

⚠️ Note: The default height is set to 800px. You may want to adjust this value depending on the form's length to avoid excessive blank space or scroll bars.


Step 3: Embed the Form on Your Website

Paste the <iframe> code snippet into the desired section of your website:

  • For CannaPlanners Sites (WordPress + Lifted Page Builder):
    Add a Code Module and paste the code directly inside. You can also paste the embed code into a Text Module if needed. 


Step 4: Publish Your Site

Once the form is in place and styled appropriately, publish your website to make the embedded form live.
